Summary

HIGHER aims to prototype the first all-European data center-ready processor and management modules integrated into cloud and edge infrastructures using OCP standards. Develops two OCP-compliant processor modules (ARM and RISC-V based) and a management module with FPGA-based secure control. Targets accelerated data processing, IaaS, PaaS, and remote CXL-based disaggregated memory.
